What Are Experience Gifts eVouchers?
Gift eVouchers are the simple way purchase an experience gift for someone special. Simply select your required experience and you will be taken to the checkout where you have the choice to purchase for yourself or for another person. If for someone else you would enter the recipients details and the eVoucher is sent to them on the date you specify. If to yourself, the eVoucher will be sent to you where you can print it at home and give to the recipient personally. With eVouchers there are no postal costs and no relying on certain postal company delivery times, especially beneficial at Christmas with last post times!
How Long Are eVouchers Valid For?
All eVouchers are valid for exactly 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date will be clearly printed on your eVoucher email. Please note that your studio session must be booked and taken before this 6-month period ends. We highly recommend booking well in advance to secure your preferred date and time, as our studio slots fill up quickly.
How Is The Voucher Redeemed?
The recipient can either print the voucher to bring to the studio or add it to their digital wallet. They will then simply contact the studio stating the voucher type and two or three preferred date options and a date will be arranged to visit the studio for the session. When they arrive the voucher will be scanned by the engineer and your session will commence.
I Don’t Want My Gift Can I Get A Refund?
No, our eVouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Exception for Online Purchases: Because our eVouchers are sold online, the buyer has a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided the eVoucher code has not been revealed, activated, or used to book a studio session. Once a booking is made or the 14 days have passed, the voucher is strictly non-refundable. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
What Happens If My Voucher Has Expired?
Once the 6-month validity period has passed, the eVoucher automatically expires and the unique code becomes invalid. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for studio credit.
Can I transfer my eVoucher to someone else?
Yes! While eVouchers are non-refundable, they are not tied to a specific name. You are welcome to gift or pass your eVoucher code to a friend or family member, as long as they book and use it within the original 6-month validity window.
After My Session How Do I Get My Songs?
Things have moved on somewhat since the days of the phonograph and are still constantly evolving. In this digital world of streaming we will supply you with a USB stick with the songs In MP3 format for easy uploading and sharing. However, you are not limited to this and for those that need them we will also give you the full quality .wav master. For those of you who have no idea what streaming even means we can put the result onto a CD at no extra cost. If CD copies are required you can request more on the day at £2 per CD.
Can I Upgrade My experience Or Add Extra People?
Absolutely! When you contact us to book your experience just let us know what you would like to do and we will work out a cost for any extra’s for you. All our experiences are based on our tiered studio hourly rates.
Is Accomodation Available? Can we Accommodate more people?
Some of the Studio Gift Experiences come with accommodation as part of the package and normally allow two to three people to stay in a single chalet. If your experience doesn’t come with accommodation but you would like to stay onsite just contact us when you book your day and we will check availability and cost. This also applies if you have accommodation but require the second chalet for family, or you would like to book an extra night. The cost is normally £100 per night per chalet.
